Athletes from Divas, our international team, are invited to bring a friend and join us for an exclusive month of recreational cheer sessions! Come train alongside our incredible international athletes and learn a dance, try stunting, practise tumbling, and master your jumps — all in a fun, supportive, high‑energy environment.
 
Sessions run every Thursday throughout January at Harris Crystal Palace from 6pm–7:30pm, and we’re offering a special discounted rate of £7 per session. Even better — all funds raised will help support our international teams as they head to Barcelona this May.
